1. How can I contact you with the fastest response?
The quickest way to contact us is through email. I am working a full-time job while running my beloved store on the side so, unfortunately, I am not able to accept calls but am able to give a response via email. So feel free to pop us an email at email@example.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
2. Do you have a physical store?
No, we are only an online store. We are operating from our home in the Netherlands and are happy to be able to work hard from the comfort of our home to bring these amazing plastic-free products to yours.
3. Can I come to collect my order
As we are working from our home in the Netherlands, we, unfortunately, cannot allow for order collections as per our building’s regulations. Our couriers, PostNL, are amazing and work very hard to bring your orders to your front door as quickly as possible.
4. What is your return policy?
We are confident that you will love our products! But, if you don’t you can return your product within 14 days for a refund or exchange, after 14 days we cannot provide a refund or exchange. Please note that the shipping back and forth will be at your own expense.
How to return a product:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return, photos of the products you want to return, and your order #.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return delivery address. Do not return your parcel without our approval.
- You will then need to package and return your parcel to the address provided, and provide us with the tracking number.
- Your order will be refunded once your return is received by us, and the tracking has updated to “Delivered”.
Please note: Items must be returned with its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was received otherwise, a refund will not be given.

5. Do you ship to my country?
At the moment we are only shipping to the Netherlands. We are working on being able to ship to other countries within Europe. If you do want us to ship to your country in the future, feel free to send us an email to let us know.
6. How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders will arrive 2-4 days after being processed. You will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can track your order.
7. What orders qualify for free shipping?
All orders that are for 45 euros and above will receive free shipping for addresses within the Netherlands.
8. How is our packaging plastic-free?
Your order will arrive without a piece of plastic in sight, wat leuk! We use cardboard boxes that are made out of recycled materials and can be popped into the recycling bin when done. To ensure your products come undamaged, we use wood wool to cushion them from shock. We want you to feel like you’re opening a present when you get your order, which is why we use tissue paper to wrap up your order (it also helps to keep the products from moving too much while in transport). The tissue paper should be put into the compost when done. Ideally, all of this packaging should be reused before recycling so get creative in reusing it!
