Ingredients:

  • 250ml milk of choice (I like using almond or soy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

Method:

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan on low heat. Add the spices and stir until incorporated.
  2. Add the dash of salt and honey and mix well. Heat until a comfortable warm drinking temperature but don’t let it boil as this will curdle it.
  3. Pour into your favourite mug, add a dash of cinnamon to the top and
