- 250ml milk of choice (I like using almond or soy)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash of Himalayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Heat the milk in a saucepan on low heat. Add the spices and stir until incorporated.
- Add the dash of salt and honey and mix well. Heat until a comfortable warm drinking temperature but don’t let it boil as this will curdle it.
